Great article again. Justin you are knocking it out of the park. I'm really hoping to hear from Levi soon! I know I will keeping my eye on him when I head out to training camp.

Isn’t Iffy Melifonwu due a new contract?

Speaking for myself, I could care less about you getting an article out about decker asap after the news breaks. That's what Twitter is for. I'd rather see you focus on getting good info, not worrying about little stuff like that. Just one man's opinion.

I do like this format for daily news though. It's working well imo

No worries for McNeill as long as he keeps playing well. Somebody will eventually pay him.

It's great to see you back, especially here with your own content and rules. A whole new reason to look forward to Lion football '24.

If we have as good of a season as we are all hoping, McNeil continues his development, and Levi is finally able to show why they took him in the 2nd... will we be able to afford both?

There's always money in the banana stand, but, at some point, you have to make decisions for the long-term health of the cap. The good news is the guy calling the shots in the draft has a pretty good nose for talent when you need to restock the cupboards.

I don't think Levi will get a substantial contract either way. It will be nice, but probably a 1 year prove it deal, because of the lost 3 years to start his career.

I love the way McNeill is handing his business. He'll take care of the on-field stuff and he'll let his agent handle the off-field. I love how he had become a team leader. Good stuff

It's not a new line of thinking, but it's the right one. He knows the Lions are interested, he knows he's interested, so it's a matter of reaching the right number. That's his agent's job and his agent can call him when (if) they find that sweet spot.
