Brutal sport.

No way to describe what has happened to Moseley. You can have all the talent in the world but if they are not on the field, it doesn't matter. Depth might determine how far the Lions go this year.

Congrats @justin for a nicely written, informative article. I love the work you've done so far, thank you.

One has to appreciate Dan Campbell as a leader, who layers in just a ray of sunshine when he says that things happen for a reason, and perhaps EMan's legs needed more time to get themselves right. It tempers a little of the disappointment, even it may not be true. A leader.

Go Lions! Having rebuilt the defensive backfield for the second time in two years, and building solid depth! is a second-order talent few front offices have. Once again, the Holmes - Campbell (Spielman - Disner - Hamp) regime shows how superior it is to anything we've seen in the city in the last ~60 years, and superior to most other clubs management. So impressive.

n.b. now for that offensive line depth...

Like Levi, Moseley will overcome and become a significant player at the end of the season. His coach and teammates believe in him.

At least there is good news on Zeitler and Arnold. I didn't think there would be a way that Arnold would play today or Thursday.

I’m guessing returning next year from a pectoral recovery is preferable compared to another leg/knee injury but I can’t imagine what EM is going through mentally right now.

That sucks. I feel so bad for him. I hope he can come back from this to save this season.
